Alexa Tucker, a devoted Christian and proud native of Elyria/LaGrange, is a passionate advocate for mental health and community transformation. As a board member of The Grind League, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and young adults, Alexa plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission through her expertise in grant writing and her unwavering commitment to growth in the mental health field.

Her drive to serve others stems from personal experience—Alexa’s father grew up in impoverished conditions in Lorain, without access to the kind of supportive services she now helps provide. Inspired by his journey, Alexa is determined to help change Lorain’s future, one child at a time, through intentional nonprofit work and direct community engagement.

With long-term aspirations of founding her own nonprofit and creating a healing space through a flower farm, Alexa envisions a life centered around service, restoration, and empowerment. Her dedication to The Grind League strengthens its mission to create lasting impact across Northeast Ohio.
